This study is an analysis of human needs satisfaction of frail, fairly independent elderly in an adult day care center. Human needs were selected from Maslow's hierarchy of needs, and data were gathered by questionnaire from primary caregivers of these elderly persons. Maslow's motivational theory provided the basis for the conceptual framework of this research study. They discover that the demons' plot to become better and smarter is to establish a college.
